Online theoretical knowledge training from home and exam at partner school

Flight training at partner school in Spain

There are two types of private pilot licences. The Private Pilot Licence (PPL) and the Light Aircraft Pilot Licence (LAPL). The LAPL has some restrictions to it that the PPL does not have, but it may still be a great option for many. For the PPL, you must complete at least 45 hours of flight training and for the LAPL only 30 hours. Remember, these are minimum hours only. Most people require more training than minimum.

Before starting your training, you must obtain a Class 2 or a LAPL medical certificate from an EASA-authorized Aeromedical Examiner (AME) in your country or in Spain. You can do the theory without your medical, but it is required before your first solo-flight.

And after completing your flight training, you must pass a skill test in the aeroplane with an authorized examiner. The skill test assesses your ability to operate the aircraft safely and competently. During the skill test or in a separate assessment, you must demonstrate proficiency in the English language.

Corflight in Córdoba

When you enter the door at Corflight you are greeted as if you are an old friend or family member. It’s like coming home. They take care of you as if you were the only customer. I know because I did my instrument flight instructor training there just a year ago.

They are located next to the airport in córdoba (LEBA) where they have their aeroplanes and flight simulators. Their instructors are friendly and professional. They also assist in finding accommodation close to the airport, or you can get air b and b in nearby villages.

They hold written exams on the school premises.
